Scott & White Executive Health is an exclusive medical assessment that includes comprehensive physical examination with a dedicated, board-certified Scott & White physician. At the completion of the physical, a Scott & White physician offers one- on-one specific recommendation based on test results, to identify risk factors and help design a specialized wellness plan tailored specifically for the executive. Please be sure to ask about available discounts for cash payments made in full for all services received.

Prior to appointments the International patient will receive a full appointment schedule, complete with a medical history questionnaire and fasting instructions. Patients are required to refrain from eating or drinking anything past 10pm the night before lab work and stress test. Water is allowed, and patients are permitted to eat when labs and stress test are completed. The questionnaire will serve as a guideline for assessment of family history as well as past and present health. Please bring information regarding current medications, dosages and relevant medical records.
Upon arrival to Scott & White, the International patient will be met and escorted to the Executive Health Suite to meet staff, secure belongings and prepare for their day. Patients will be accompanied to and from appointments throughout their day. It is important to note that additional visits to applicable areas or further testing could be recommended at the time of your initial exam. You will be provided with an updated schedule and every effort is made to complete testing and obtain results by the end of the day. When necessary, the follow up visit in Executive Health will be completed early the following morning.

Ventura Community Hospital in Los Angeles

What will be covered in the annual Check-Ups?

•A Welcome and Orientation to the Executives about what will be covered and timeline.
•Every Executive will receive EKG, X-Ray, Ultra-Sound, Lab work to examine cholesterol level, deceases associated to blood work, STD, HIV/Aids, and vitamin deficiencies.
•Every female Executive will receive Pap Smear (OB-GYN,) breast cancer X-Ray screening.

The Medical ICU Director at the Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at The David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Joseph Scott Esherick MD is male, has 15 years of experience and practices in Family Medicine. He graduated from Yale University School of medicine, New Haven Connecticut with an MD 19 years ago.
Ventura Community Hospital provides the annual check-up in smaller cohorts within three days. For those executives with exceptional findings will stay longer and receive treatments as prescribed by Dr. Esherick who will serve as the head liaison to the group. He doesn’t necessary see each executive in person but will have oversight responsibilities.
Ananda Travel Services Inc. shall provide professional translators for the executives and will be responsible to transport the executives between hotel and hospital outpatient departments. And Ananda shall serve as the liaison representing the NRRC Executives. It is estimated that all physical examinations for each group will be completed within three working days. The contract will be between Ananda Travel Services Inc. and Ventura Community Hospital. Ananda can pay an advance of 15% of the estimated budget upon signing of the contract. The final payment will be paid at the completion of the check-ups. Budget will be amended when Dr. Esherick determines any Executives need additional tests or hospital procedures.

Laret is spearheading plans to build a $1.5 billion UCSF hospital complex in the Mission Bay section of San Francisco. It will be open to the public in February 2015.
